What is the Disadvantage?  A disadvantaged creator is a person, a partnership or group, a family or community, a generation or region or other identifiable demographic whose wittingly or unwittingly produced tangible or intangible work and by products are distributed and sold into processes for consumption by any person place or thing without Fair Recognition Fair Compensation rendered to the creator of the product contribution.
