Drawing for Ballot Position for the May 17, 2011 Primary Election held in Room 676 of City Hall and “City Commissioners sitting on the County Board of Elections will begin their weekly meetings concerning the May 17, 2011 Primary Election on Wednesday, March, 2011 at 11:00 AM in Room 387 City Hall.  Meetings will continue every Wednesday thereafter until further could be publicly attended – They are after all in City Hall and they are after all Public Notices larger than a quarter of page each in March 9, Philadelphia Daily News.   Of course there was no getting a live person to ask a question at the Philadelphia Board of Elections Office a City Hall telephone number – (215) 686-8718.
